Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest and preparation for the trek. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Early morning flight to Lukla (approx. 35 minutes). After meeting the trekking crew, begin trekking toward Phakding, covering approximately 8 km in 3–4 hours along the Dudh Koshi River. Easy walk to help with acclimatization. Overnight at lodge.
Trek through forests and suspension bridges, entering Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo. The trail climbs steeply after Jorsale to Namche Bazaar. Approximate trekking distance is 10–11 km, taking 6–7 hours. Overnight at lodge.
Rest and acclimatization day with a short hike to Everest View Hotel (3,880 m). Optional walks around Namche Bazaar, Sherpa Museum, and village visits. Total walking distance 4–6 km over 3–4 hours. Overnight at lodge.
Leave the main Everest trail and follow a quieter route to Thame village. The walk covers about 6–7 km and takes 3–4 hours, passing traditional Sherpa settlements. Overnight at lodge.
Continue trekking into the remote Bhote Koshi Valley. The gradual ascent covers approximately 9–10 km and takes 5–6 hours. Overnight at lodge.
A challenging day crossing Renjo La Pass. The route covers 10–11 km and takes 6–7 hours, with spectacular views of Everest, Makalu, and the Gokyo Lakes. Overnight at lodge in Gokyo.
Early morning ascent of Gokyo Ri for sunrise views. The round trip covers 5–6 km and takes 4–5 hours, offering panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. Return to Gokyo for rest. Overnight at lodge.
Trek along the Ngozumpa Glacier toward Thagnak. Approximate distance 5–6 km, walking time 4–5 hours. Overnight at lodge.
Cross the Cho La Pass on a narrow and icy trail. This demanding section covers 10–11 km and takes 6–7 hours. Overnight at lodge in Dzongla.
Short scenic trek to Lobuche, covering 6–7 km in 3–4 hours. Overnight at lodge.
Trek to Gorak Shep and continue to Everest Base Camp. Total distance is 12–13 km, taking 6–7 hours across glacial terrain. Overnight at lodge.
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views, followed by return to Lobuche. Approximate distance 9–10 km, walking time 5–6 hours. Overnight at lodge.
Cross the highest of the three passes. Long and demanding day covering 11–12 km in 7–8 hours. Overnight at lodge in Chhukung.
Short trek of 4–5 km taking 3–4 hours to reach Island Peak Base Camp. Afternoon climbing training with the guide. Overnight at Base Camp.
Summit day involves 10–12 km of climbing and descent over 10–12 hours. Depending on conditions, descend to Chhukung or remain at Base Camp. Overnight accordingly.
Descend through Pangboche to Tengboche, covering 10–11 km in 5–6 hours. Overnight at lodge.
Descend and re-ascend forest trails to Namche Bazaar. Approximate distance 11–12 km, walking time 6–7 hours. Overnight at lodge.
Final day of trekking, covering 18–19 km in 7–8 hours. Celebrate the completion of the trek. Overnight at lodge.
